Wanted to say thanks to Amy for her quick, professional assistance with an e4clicks

“issue” here at *****. My engineers have two monitors.

One of them had extended the e4clicks application to span both monitors.

Then he moved one of the submenus to the second screen. He then resized the

application back to one monitor. The next time he tried to open the submenu that

had been moved to the second monitor the submenu would not present/appear. He

would click on the submenu but nothing would happen.

Amy was quick to have us apply the “Forget Saved Window Positions” and the

submenu miraculously reappeared. Gold star for Amy today!
